Create a form in the dashboard
Dashboard → Forms: set an admin name, translate header and subtext, add inputs.

Connect to a button or bar
On Buttons or Announcements, choose action “Open a form” and pick your form.

Guest submits from the menu
The form overlay opens on mobile with your branding — submit sends data to Resty.

Follow up from Submissions
Open Dashboard → Submissions to read details, export, or call the guest back.
