Resty provides a digital menu, management tools, and related features for hospitality businesses. Fossasoft may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for login credentials and content you publish (products, images, text). Unlawful, misleading, or harmful use is prohibited, as is interfering with platform security or operation.
4. Intellectual property
Resty, its logo, and software belong to Fossasoft or its licensors. Your content remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of the service.
