Order board

A live order board your guests can watch — and your staff controls

Create order cards in the dashboard with a numpad, set custom status colours, and display every active number on username.myresty.gr/orders. The public board refreshes automatically — perfect for pickup counters and busy kitchens.

One URL for the whole venue

Open the orders page on a tablet, TV, or second screen. Guests see their number and colour change as you update status in the dashboard.

Queue visibility without shouting

Paper tickets and shouted numbers break down when it gets busy. Resty links your back-office order cards to a clean public grid — same codes, same colours, updated in near real time.

Public orders page

Each account gets username.myresty.gr/orders — a fullscreen-friendly grid of order numbers coloured by status.

Custom statuses

Define statuses like Preparing, Ready, or Called — each with its own colour. Set a default for new orders.

Fast entry with numpad

Staff tap digits on a built-in numpad to create or update order codes — no keyboard required on a tablet.

Configurable layout

Choose how many order boxes appear per row on the public board (2–12) to match your screen size.

How it works

  1. Set up statuses

Dashboard → Orders → Edit statuses: name each stage and pick a colour.

  2. Create order cards

Add orders with the numpad — assign a status as you go.

  3. Open the public board

Display username.myresty.gr/orders on a counter screen or TV.

  4. Update as orders progress

Change status from the dashboard — the public grid updates on the next refresh (every few seconds).
